REMINDER: The symposium CME program will be delivered virtually in 2021, not offered in live format. For those who elect to make a trip to Aspen/Snowmass around our regular meeting dates, we are pleased to have been able to confirm the same types of discounts that would generally be available only in conjunction with a live meeting.

Our symposium contact is available to provide personal assistance in confirming lodging and/or travel options, including ski vacation packages, refundable packages, and special offers. Ski.com represents a comprehensive range of lodging properties including hotel, condo, and private home rental accommodations. Lift tickets at discounted symposium rates may be ordered from Ski.com alone or in addition to travel and lodging services. LODGING—VICEROY SNOWMASS PREFERRED RATES
The Viceroy Snowmass, our long-time headquarters for the live meeting, has confirmed preferred rates for the 2021 virtual symposium. Located directly on the slope and steps from Snowmass Base Village, this award-winning 4-star headquarters hotel offers a full range of amenities. Among these are onsite restaurant and lounge, spa and fitness facilities, ski valet services, courtesy airport transportation, and local transportation within the Village.
The following rates are available to registrants as well as friends and family, on a space- and rate-available basis. Rates for other types of units may be requested. Lodging dates established for the meeting are Saturday, February 20–Saturday, February 26, 2021. Requests to extend a reservation or confirm alternative dates will be accommodated as space allows. If, at the time a guest books, a special promotion is available that offers a greater discount than published discounted rates, the lower rate will be honored.

TERMS
Resort Fee: A resort fee of $40 will be added to room charge each day and will include pre-scheduled round trip airport shuttle transfers to/from hotel to Aspen Airport with 24-hour notice prior to pick-up, Wi-Fi access, daily newspaper delivery, complimentary fitness studio access, coffee and espresso available in each residence, seasonal refreshment service in lobby each afternoon, and arrival amenity.
Taxes: The resort fee is taxable at the current sales tax rate of 10.4%. Sleeping room rates are subject to occupancy sales tax of 12.8% and 1.5% Snowmass Base Village Assessment. Tax rates are subject to change without notice.
Rate Terms: Rates are per night (non-commissionable). Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on day of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 AM on day of departure. Late checkout is subject to availability and based upon prior arrangements with hotel management. A late charge of 50% of the group room rate will apply for any checkouts from 12:00‒5:00 PM, unless prior arrangements are confirmed. Checkout after 5:00 PM is subject to a charge equal to one night's room and tax.
Parking: Onsite valet parking is $40/day for overnight guests (including in-out privileges).
Payment, Cancellation Policies: 50% deposit due at time of booking for each reservation (room and tax, plus resort fee and tax). Refundable up until 30 days prior to date of arrival. Remaining 50% of payment due 30 days before arrival. Balance in full becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.
