DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS

REMINDER: The symposium CME program will be delivered virtually in 2021, not offered in live format. For those who elect to make a trip to Aspen/Snowmass around our regular meeting dates, we are pleased to have been able to confirm the same types of discounts that would generally be available only in conjunction with a live meeting.

Lift ticket sales and support for the 2021 virtual meeting are managed by our travel partner, Ski.com. This Aspen-based company is the largest independent seller of ski and snowboard vacations in North America and a full-service provider of air and ground services for travelers to Aspen/Snowmass.

Lift tickets may be purchased alone or in addition to travel and lodging services that may be arranged through Ski.com. Prices reflect the usual exceptional group-rate discounts established for the symposium. These rates are available to registrants as well as accompanying family and friends and valid for use within the date range of Saturday, February 13, through Saturday, March 13, 2021. Guests are responsible for making their arrangements directly with Ski.com, in accordance with deadline, payment, cancellation, refund, and other policies established by Ski.com. See below for rates, additional details, and contact information for our Ski.com representative.

Orders are requested by 30 days in advance of arrival. Should any items in your requested order be indicated as unavailable, please notify our Ski.com contact and inventory will be added.

Update (1.26.21): The online ordering site is scheduled to close on or about February 2. Order requests after that date should be communicated directly to our Ski.com contact:

LIFT TICKETS FAQ

  • How do I connect with my order after I arrive in Snowmass?
Our Ski.com contact will confirm arrangements in advance of your arrival.
  • Why does a 4-day ticket provide the lowest cost per ski day for adult tickets?
All adult tickets sold through the meeting are an exceptional value, especially 4-day and higher denominations because they include a free day. The per-day cost of the 4-day ticket is the lowest among these because the free day is spread out over fewer days, i.e., one out of 4 days is free vs. one out of 5, 6, or 7 days for higher denominations.
  • Why doesn’t the meeting sell 3-day adult tickets?
Because the cost would be the same for a 3- or 4-day ticket, since our 4-day includes a free day.
  • How many days do I have to use a multiple-day ticket before it expires?
All multiple-day tickets are valid for 10 days including first day of use.
  • When do I need to confirm my order?
Ski.com requests that orders be received by 30 days in advance of arrival but will do it’s best to accommodate order requests received outside that window.
  • Is any credit available for a partially-used ticket?
Partially-used lift tickets may be returned to Ski.com within 14 days of expiration for coordination of in-resort credit toward future Aspen Skiing Company purchases. Only PAID days are eligible for credit, e.g., one remaining day on a ticket that includes a free day is not eligible. Credit may be used toward purchases of lift tickets, season passes, ski and snowboard school tickets, and rentals at Four Mountain Sports. It is not valid on merchandise purchases or at restaurants. Guests have the current season plus the season immediately following to use their in-resort credit. This credit is transferable on request. Lift tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Contact our Ski.com representative for additional details, instructions, or other assistance as needed.

PAYMENT

Amounts due are payable to Ski.com and may be made by credit card, PayPal, or ACH transfer.

REFUND POLICY

Lift tickets payments are fully refundable for (1) order cancellations received in advance of lift ticket distribution, and (2) returns of totally unused lift tickets (received but not used) returned to Ski.com by April 1, 2021. Aspen Skiing Company lift tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All related communications should be directed through our Ski.com representative at Gloria@ski.com. Refunds will be processed as time allows, but no later than May 1, 2021.
