This property is ideally located slope-side, steps away from shops and restaurants on the Snowmass Mall and convenient to a range of offsite lodging options. Following that is a list of offsite properties that offer preferred rates to our attendees on a courtesy, space-available basis. See immediately below for information on the headquarters hotel.

Note that the 2024 symposium will include live morning and afternoon classroom sessions, Monday through Thursday, February 12-15. While there will not be a live session on Friday, attendees will have access to recorded presentations for the option of additional content and CME credit.

Travel Insurance: Due to remote location, potential weather disruptions, any non-refundable payments, and other considerations, travel insurance is strongly encouraged.

ROOM RATE: $499, plus resort service charge of $50 per room per night, excluding tax.

TERMS
Lodging Dates, Extended Stay: Lodging dates established for the meeting block are Saturday, February 10 to Friday, February 16. Based on availability, guests may extend their reservations.
Cut-off Date, Friday, January 12: Any unreserved rooms that might remain at cut-off will be released for general sale. Reservations at group or prevailing rates will be accepted after this date subject to availability.
Rate Terms: Rates are per night (non-commissionable). Check-in time is 4:00 PM on day of arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 AM on day of departure, Room rates and resort service charge are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out (currently 12.8%).
Payment, Cancellation Policies: Reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit. An additional deposit equal to the full value of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card used to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated may be used as the method of this payment.
There is no cancellation liability if cancellation is received by hotel at least 30 days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Cancellations or modifications resulting in a shorter length of stay, made within 30 days of arrival, will be subject to full forfeiture of room and tax charge.




While there are a range of offsite options, preferred rates for symposium attendees are available at the properties listed below on a courtesy and space-available basis. Guests are responsible for making their own reservations in accordance with deadline, payment, cancellation, and other policies established by unit management. DESTINATION BY HYATT RESIDENCES SNOWMASS

Destination by Hyatt Residences Snowmass (DHRS) is a rental agent for individually owned condominium and hotel units. For some properties listed below, DHRS manages reservations for only a portion of the inventory so it might be possible to confirm availability through alternate booking sources. Only units managed by DHRS are eligible for the discount noted.
With the exception of the Villas at Snowmass Club, all properties in this group are ski-in/ski-out or a short walk to the slopes. Links provided with each listing can be used to access photos and detailed descriptions, including full list of amenities and services.
Except where noted, all properties have onsite pool, hot tub, and sauna, and provide complimentary airport transfers to/from Aspen Airport. All units provide complimentary wireless Internet access, housekeeping services every other day, and access to laundry facilities. Condominium units include kitchen facilities and gas or wood burning fireplace.

TERMS
Lodging Dates, Extended Stay: Dates established for discounted rates are Saturday, February 10 to Saturday, February 17, 2024. Resort Fee: A 6% resort fee will apply to the following guestroom and condominium properties: Stonebridge Inn, Top of the Village, Aspenwood, Terracehouse, Tamarack, Lichenhearth, Woodrun Place. A 15% resort fee will apply to the Villas at Snowmass Club.
Taxes: Resort fees are taxable at sales tax rate of 10.4%. Unit rates are subject to occupancy sales tax of 12.8%. Tax rates are subject to change without notice.
Rate Terms: Rates are per night (non-commissionable) and based on two people per bedroom or hotel room. Children 12 and younger stay free when occupying a room with their parents. There is a $25 per person, per night fee for additional guests. (Rollaways and pack n plays are complimentary and based on availability. Please reserve in advance.) Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on day of arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on day of departure, with the exception of Top of the Village which is 9:00 AM.

Payment, Cancellation Policies:

  • One-night non-refundable deposit due upon booking.
  • Remaining amount of reservation charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations 31 days or more prior to arrival subject to the one-night non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations inside of 30 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable.

Individuals are responsible for all nights reserved. No refund or credit will be given for unused days resulting from late arrivals or early departures

TIMBERLINE CONDOMINIUMS

This ski-in/ski-out property is located above the Snowmass Village Mall. On-site amenities include Edge Restaurant and Bar, outdoor hot tubs and swimming pool, picnic area, gas grills, and fire pit overlooking the ski slopes. Limited housekeeping service, transportation to/from the Aspen Airport, private fitness center with steam room and shower, concierge, and ski shop are also included. Additional features include fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave) with all dishware and cookware; flat screen HD TV, DVD and CD player, complimentary DVD library, and complimentary wireless internet access.

RATES
Options include standard, deluxe, and premier studio to 3-bedroom units. Discounts offered, based on availability, are 15% off stay of 5 nights or more, or 20% off stay of 7 nights or more. Rates are based on standard occupancy for unit size. A $30 fee per person per night applies to additional persons 13 years of age and over. Children aged 12 and under stay free. Discounted rates may be extended 2 days before and after event dates, based on availability.
