Located directly on the slope and steps from Snowmass Base Village, our award-winning 4-star headquarters hotel offers a full range of amenities. Among these are onsite restaurant and lounge, spa and fitness facilities, luxury ski valet services, courtesy airport transportation, and local transportation within the Village. All guestrooms and public space are non-smoking (violations subject to cleaning fee).

TERMS
Cut-off Date—January 21: Any units in meeting block not reserved by this date will revert to hotel
inventory and be subject to sale at prevailing rates.
Lodging Dates, Extended Stay: Lodging dates established for the meeting block are Friday,
February 21 to Thursday, February 27, 2025. Based on availability, guests may extend their
reservations up to three (3) days before and three (3) days after these dates if reservations are
received by January 21. Reservations received after that date will be honored on a space-available
basis at prevailing rates, which may not necessarily be the group rate.
Resort Fee: A resort fee of $45 will be added to room charge each day and includes pre-scheduled
roundtrip airport shuttle transfers to/from hotel to Aspen Airport with 24-hour notice prior to pick-up,
Wi-Fi access, complimentary fitness studio access, coffee and espresso available in each residence,
luxury ski concierge, seasonal refreshment service in lobby each afternoon, arrival amenity, and
local Snowmass Village ground transfers based on availability.
Taxes: The resort fee is taxable at sales tax rate of 10.4%. Sleeping room rates are subject to
occupancy sales tax of 12.8% and 1.5% Snowmass Base Village Assessment. Tax rates are subject
to change without notice.
Rate Terms: Rates are per night (non-commissionable). Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on day of
arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 AM on day of departure. Late checkout is subject to availability and
prior arrangements with hotel management. A late charge of 50% of the group room rate will apply to
checkout from 12:00‒5:00 PM, unless prior arrangements are confirmed. Checkout after 5:00 PM is
subject to a charge equal to one night's room and tax.
Payment, Cancellation Policies: A deposit equal to 50% of the cost of the total reservation is due
at the time of booking, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more
than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty of one night’s room and tax. No refunds will
be provided for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Parking: Onsite valet parking is $60/day for overnight guests, including in-out privileges.
HOTEL AND CONDOMINIUM PROPERTIES
Preferred rates for symposium attendees are available on a courtesy and space-available basis at the hotel and condominium properties listed below. Guests are responsible for making their own reservations in accordance with deadline, payment, cancellation, and other policies established by property management. All details are subject to correction or change.
CORALTREE RESIDENCE COLLECTION SNOWMASS
Coral Tree Residence Collection Snowmass is a rental agent for condominiums and hotel rooms that
are individually owned. For some of the properties listed below, Coral Tree manages reservations for
only a portion of the inventory so it might be possible to confirm availability through alternate booking
sources/agents. Only units managed by Coral Tree are eligible for the 10% discount noted.
With the exception of the Villas at Snowmass Club, all properties in this group are ski-in/ski-out or a
short walk to the slopes. Links provided with each listing can be used to access photos and detailed
descriptions, including full list of amenities and services.
All units provide complimentary wireless Internet access, housekeeping services every other day,
and access to laundry facilities. Condominium units include kitchen facilities and gas or wood
burning fireplace. Except where noted, all properties have onsite pool, hot tub, and sauna, and
provide complimentary airport transfers to/from Aspen Airport.

Attendees will receive 10% off the lowest promotion or standard rate at the time of booking, based

TERMS
Lodging Dates, Extended Stay: Dates established for discounted rates are Saturday, February 22
to Saturday, March 1, 2025. Rates will be honored up to three (3) days before and three (3) after
these dates based on availability. Minimum length stay requirements will apply but vary by property
at the time of booking.
Cutoff Date: Discounts (10% off best available rate) will be honored until January 24, 2025, at 5:00
PM (30 days prior to arrival), based on availability.
Resort Fee: A resort fee of 6% will apply to all of the properties listed below, with the exception the
Villas at Snowmass Club to which a 15% resort fee will apply.
Taxes: Coral Tree Residence Collection Snowmass properties charge a 6% resort fee, non-
commissionable and taxable at 12.8%—total taxes and fees will be equal to 19.57%. The only
exception is the Villas at Snowmass Club which charges a 15% resort fee, non-commissionable and
taxable at 12.8%—total taxes and fees will be equal to 29.72%.
Rate Terms: Condominium rates are based on two people per bedroom. Children 12 and under stay
free. There is a $25 per person, per night fee for additional guests. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on
day of arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on day of departure, with the exception of Top of the
Village which is 9:00 AM.
Payment, Cancellation Policies: A one-night, nonrefundable lodging deposit is required at the time
of booking, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled 31 days
or more prior to arrival date, the initial deposit will be charged. No refunds will be provided for
cancellations received within 31 days of scheduled arrival date. Guests are responsible for all nights
reserved. No refund or credit will be given for unused days resulting from late arrivals or early
departures.

Complimentary covered parking. In-unit laundry. Airport transportation is NOT provided by this
property, in favor of readily available guest transportation services throughout the Village (including
scheduled transportation to-from meeting on request).
THE CRESTWOOD CONDOMINIUMS
Located slope-side, all units are individually owned and decorated. Each has a gas fireplace in the
living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining seating, and cable TV. Units are booked on a space-
available basis and must be booked by November 25, 2024, to receive group rate (then subject to
most current promotions).
