Reserve by January 24 to guarantee availability.

Note: New restrictions limit our ability to purchase a large inventory and return unsold tickets without obligation as we were able to do in the past. Please plan to confirm your needs by no later than January 24 to ensure your exact requests can be accommodated. Order and adjustment requests received after that date will be subject to availability.

• ● Tickets can be used beginning Friday, February 21. Once activated, multiple-day tickets are valid for up to 10 days, but all days must be used by Sunday, March 9, the expiration date for our group.
• ● Discounted rates are available to registrants as well as accompanying family and friends.
• ● Tickets are valid at all four Aspen Skiing Company ski areas: Snowmass, Aspen, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk.
• ● Adult 4-, 5-, 6-, and 7-day tickets sold through though the meeting include a free day of skiing. Non-adult tickets are for those who qualify as senior, child, or teen.
• ● Children 6 and under ski free. These tickets can be obtained at any lift ticket window.

* 3-day tickets are not offered because a special feature of our group rates is that 4-day and higher denomination tickets include a free day. Accordingly, the price for a 3-day ticket, if offered, would be the same as a 4-day. If you can use only three days, you have an extra day to share with someone or return to the Skiing Company for internal credit (see FAQ).

Additional discounts with lift tickets purchased through the symposium: Group tickets allow for savings on Aspen Skiing Company rentals, services, and purchases including group ski and snowboard lessons, equipment rentals and services (Four Mountain Sports), and participating on- mountain restaurants. • ● When do I need to confirm my order?
  Please plan to finalize your ticket order by JANUARY 24 to ensure availability. Order and adjustment requests received after that date will be subject to availability.
• ● How do I adjust or cancel and order?
  Your order confirmation will include instructions for making adjustments on the reservation site.
• ● How do I connect with my order after I arrive in Snowmass?
  Delivery to your lodge can be requested and will be accommodated as possible. Otherwise, ticket orders will be available for pickup onsite at the meeting registration desk (Viceroy Snowmass) during scheduled hours in advance of or at any time during the meeting.
• ● Why does a 4-day ticket provide the lowest cost per ski day for adult tickets?
  As noted above, 4-day and higher denomination tickets sold through the meeting include a free day. The per-day cost of the 4-day ticket is the lowest among these because the free day is spread out over fewer days, i.e., one out of 4 days is free vs. one out of 5, 6, or 7 days for higher denominations.
• ● Is any credit available if I don’t use all my ski days?
  Partially-used lift tickets may be returned by the guest to any lift ticket window within 14 days of expiration for internal credit from the Aspen Skiing Company. The value of unused days is determined by the Aspen Skiing Company. This credit may be used in the current season or the season immediately following towards purchases of lift tickets, lessons or equipment rentals.

Up to the time of payment, lift ticket orders can be adjusted or canceled without obligation. A 5% transaction fee will be charged for any portion of a lift ticket payment that needs to be refunded. Fully unused tickets may be returned to symposium staff for full refund, less transaction fee, through March 14, 2025.
